Almond and Cranberry Biscotti

I am the first to admit that my baking range and repertoire are fairly limited to cakes and cupcakes. That’s why when Alex suggested I make these biscotti for him, I was more than happy to oblige. Especially as it gave me an excuse to use these, which I’ve been saving but were nearing their expiration date.

Orange infused cranberries from the Sainsburys Christmas range. I thought they’d be good, but they were GOOD.
